Shipping Information

 Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. For international orders, additional customs fees and import duties may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please use this tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your DirtyRedds Clothing Company purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy.

Return Policy:

  • Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
  • Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • Sale items are not eligible for returns.

 

How to Return an Item:

  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  3. You will receive a return authorization and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
  4. Ship the item back to us using the carrier of your choice. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

 

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange. We will provide instructions and ensure that your replacement item is shipped promptly.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@dirtyredds.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
